RETURNS

(Due to Exchange of size)

 FOR MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE ORDERS ONLY
ITEMS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN ON SIZE EXCHANGE OR DUE TO DEFECTS   

  1. Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Inch Perfect, we ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGE OF SIZE. (This is subjected to the availability of sizes)
  2. Returns and Refunds are subjected to APPROVAL. DO NOT SEND TO US WITHOUT OUR TEAM APPROVAL. 
  3. We do not accept CASH REFUND.

  4. All refunds will be processed via STORE CREDIT REFUNDS and these will be displayed as a code in your insta/ fb dm. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing your returned item (Eligible when designs are out of stocks). All store credits refunds are subjected to a processing fee of RM10.

  5. All items shall be returned in its original condition (security tag and label intact, unwashed, unaltered and unworn). Returned items that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria shall be DECLINED.
  6. All returns must be mail back to us within 7 working days of receipt (Malaysia & Singapore).
  7. Take note that the return shipping costs are not covered by Inch Perfect. For exchanges, you are required to cover both ways courier fee. We charge a shipping fee of RM8 (West Malaysia), RM15 (East Malaysia) and RM 30/SGD 9 (Singapore)
  8. We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us

 

 FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCLUDING SINGAPORE)

 

  • We DO NOT accept any returns & exchange under any circumstances for International orders (excluding Singapore). Hence, its is advisable for customer to thoroughly contemplate before making a purchase to prevent any potential misunderstanding.

 

RETURNS

(Due to Defects)
 FOR WORLDWIDE

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  

  1. All returns due to product defect must be mail back to us within 7 working days of receipt (Malaysia & Singapore) and 14 working days of receipt (Rest fo the world).
  2. Kindly take note that the reasons listed below are not considered as defects:-
    • Minor colour variation from product photos.
    • Minor size variation of within ±3cm on measurements.
    • Minor design variation from product photos, for example print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.
    • Minor imperfections, for example loose threads, crease marks, etc. 
    • Self-inflicted damages of the product.
    • Product quality and preference (customer's subjective opinions).
  1. Kindly capture an image of the specific area that is defective for documentation purposes.
  2. In case the item(s) received by you is defective, an exchange will be arranged.
  3. A refund in store credit will only be initiated if the item(s) is unavailable for exchange due to BEING OUT OF STOCK.
  4. Please be advised that cash refunds are NOT provided, unless the exact item is out of stock. Instead, store credit will be issued, which can be utilized to purchase other available items.
  5. If a customer insists on a cash refund instead of a credit refund, a processing fee of RM10 (for Malaysia), SGD4 (for Singapore) and AUD4 (for international returns) will be applied for the returned item.
    • Eg: If the returned item has a value of SGD40, the cash refund will amount to SGD36 after deducting the processing fee. 
  1. Upon receipt of the returned item, Inch Perfect will contact you and subsequently issue an email containing your new tracking details or store credit. Please note that the processing time for defect item to be repaired/ to be sent out/ store credit to be issued will typically take from 3 to 14 business days, and up to 20 business days for International returns

     

    LATE RETURNS

    • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the stated date as mentioned above and anything sent to us after these dates may be returned to you.

     

    NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
    • Items that are NOT returnable for exchange or refunds are SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS/BACKORDERS AND ACCESSORIES.
    • International Orders (excluding Singapore) are NOT eligible for return & exchange.
    • All backorder items placed can’t be cancelled nor refundable or exchangeable.
