SHIPPING




  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days upon receipt of payment.
  • Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.
  • Malaysia public holidays and Sunday are for resting, so any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Once the dispatch confirmation is sent to you, our third-party postal service provider shall be responsible for your products if postage proof is provided.
  • Any lost parcel claims shall be made with our postal service provider.
  • Please make sure you or someone you know is present at delivery location to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, the courier will resend the next working day or leave a note for you to collect at the post office.  
  • Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during public holidays and peak/festive periods.
